Refunds

We accept that buying on-line doesn’t give you the chance to see your goods close up. We don’t want our customers to be left feeling disappointed, so… you can return any items to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

All goods returned to us must be in their original packaging.

We cannot refund or exchange goods which have been used or have been damaged in any way unless the goods have been found faulty or damaged on arrival. Please check your goods on arrival as we cannot accept goods back once they have been used.

We cannot refund postage when you are returning goods.

Please email us to tell us you are returning your goods and we will email telling you how to proceed and the address where to send them.

We recommend you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.
