For Paneer Tikka, you will need: (serves 2-3 people)

200g paneer

250ml plain yogurt

2 teaspoons ginger/garlic paste

1 teaspoon TASTE- Hampshire Foods Chilli Powder

½ teaspoon TASTE – Hampshire Foods Turmeric Powder

1 tespoon TASTE – Hampshire Foods Tandoori Masala

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves (optional)

Put yogurt into a bowl.

Add the ginger/garlic paste

Add the spices and salt and mix thoroughly.

Cut the paneer into cubes and add to the yogurt.

Mix thoroughly making sure all the paneer is covered with the yogurt mix.

Cover and marinade for 30 mins or longer if you prefer.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C

Cover baking sheet with foil.

Grease the foil with sunflower oil.

Place the marinated paneer cubes on baking sheet 2cm apart.

Cook in the oven for 20-25mins.

Serve and enjoy.
